How do I get started?

Schedule a consultation here.

What does the consultation cover?

With the consultation, we discuss your goals and work together to see if we're a good fit for your fitness and health journey. We will talk in detail about what you want to accomplish and how we can get there together. We will address any questions that you have so you are best prepared to move forward.  

What if I don’t have any equipment?

Not a problem, we program to the equipment that you have access to.

How does Online coaching work?

With online coaching, we provide fitness programs that meet your fitness goals/needs that are followed and tracked through a fitness app.  Whether you're exercising at home or in the gym, we provide the guidance and accountability for your fitness

Gym schedules don’t always fit in with our life schedules, so it’s hard to maintain a fitness routine. With our Online Personal Training programs, we provide you with the guidance and accountability to get you moving consistently. With Online training, we tailor a program to meet your needs based off the time and equipment that you have available.


With every session, you will get guidance on how to get the most out of your workouts and accountability to keep you on track to achieving your goals. We work closely with you to create a customized exercise program and will be by your side to motivate you every step of the way!  In person sessions are here In our in home studio in the Kanata/Stittsville area.


Partner training is great for friends or couples.  

Whether you’re just starting out, or trying to reach that next level in your health and fitness journey, working together with a friend or partner provides accountability, motivation and ongoing support. We offer in person sessions for partner training here in our in home studio in the Kanata/Stittsville area.


With our nutritional guidance, we focus on creating better eating habits and find a balance of what works best to suit your goals and lifestyle.  We can provide meal plans and recommendations that will help you feel better with your nutrition.
